Discount Coupons Terms and Conditions

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accepting, or redeeming a Loll Discount Coupon, you agree to be bound by these Card Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and Lolli’s Terms of Service. Any term not defined herein will have the same meaning as defined in the Terms of Service.

1.2 Issuance and Purpose

The Discount Coupon is issued by Lolli (“Issuer”) and is intended exclusively for accessing Lolli’s suite of services: including AI-driven insights, automated data entry, client engagement tools, and back book lead generation—to enhance your brokerage operations. The Discount Coupon is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold.

1.3 Claiming and Redemption

Account Requirement: You must have an active Lolli account to claim and redeem a Discount Coupon.
Claiming Process: To claim your Discount Coupon, log into your Lolli account. Once claimed, the full value of the Discount Coupon will be credited to your account as a Discount Coupon balance.
Usage: The Discount Coupon balance may be applied toward eligible Lolli services on our platform. If a purchase exceeds your available balance, any remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Balance Inquiry: You can view your current Discount Coupon balance anytime by logging into your Lolli account.

2.1 Purchase, Value, and Fees

Face Value: Discount Coupons are sold at their face value.
Fees: No fees (including activation, maintenance, or inactivity fees) apply, except as may be required by applicable law.
Refunds: Discount Coupons purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

2.2 Expiration and Inactivity

Geographical Limitations: Discount Coupons may only be purchased by or gifted to individuals located in Australia.
Usage Restrictions:
1. Discount Coupons may not be used to purchase other discounts or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
2. Once credited to a Lolli account, the Discount Coupon balance is non-transferable and cannot be cashed out.
Non-Reloadable: Discount Coupons are not reloadable.

3.2 Risk of Loss

Treat your Discount Coupon like cash. Once a digital code is delivered via email or a physical Discount Coupon is provided, the risk of loss, theft, or unauthorized use transfers to you. Lolli is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of the Discount Coupon.

3.3 Fraud

Lolli reserves the right to refuse to issue, honor, or redeem any Discount Coupon if fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, Lolli may suspend or terminate your account and any associated Discount Coupon balances.

4.1 Liability and Warranty

Disclaimer: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DISCOUNT COUPONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability: If a Discount Coupon is found to be non-functional, your sole remedy is the replacement of the Discount Coupon at Lolli’s discretion. Lolli’s total liability shall not exceed the face value of the Discount Coupon.

4.2 Termination and Suspension

Lolli reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Discount Coupon rights if you materially breach these Terms or if your Lolli account is terminated or suspended for reasons including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity or misconduct.

4.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute or claim arising from your use of Discount Coupon shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Lolli’s Terms of Use.

5.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

5.2 Amendments

Lolli reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

5.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
